I offer integrative physiotherapy. This physiotherapy care with a difference - not just specialised, but also holistic. Diagnosis of your problem, utilising contemporary, evidence-based clinical assessment, will inform the advice I give you around management of you problem and your prognosis. However, knowing and understanding WHY your problem has occurred and is perhaps recurring, and applying specialised clinical skills and experience to address this, enables long lasting recovery and prevention. So how to reliably and validly identify the WHY?

This is made possible with application of the globally recognised, whole body approach I am trained in known as the Integrated Systems Model, and is combined with my decades of clinical expertise in troubleshooting complex musculoskeletal and sports presentations, plus knowledge of the contemporary research evidence. You as a whole person are at the centre of the treatment you will receive from me. Not a recipe or checklist blanketed for all those with seemingly the same condition. Your way of moving and loading in your body, and the way your neural pathways experience this, is unique to you like your fingerprints - and your personalised, targeted treatment and rehabilitation will reflect this.

All of your tissues and body systems throughout your body will be considered during treatment. You can expect to experience a combination of hands on manual therapy - not just muscle and joint but also fascia, dura and visceral manipulation, neuromuscular rehabilitation, education and and attention to your overall wellbeing. To enable this, all consultations are 45 minutes long.

With 30 years’ experience as a registered physiotherapist in Sydney and London in the fields of musculoskeletal, sports and pre and post-natal physiotherapy, my expertise lies in complex conditions of the pelvis, hip, back, shoulder and neck, and in post concussion care and headache.

My approach is holistic - considering the whole body and person, and contemporary - informed by current research evidence and experience.

I manage recovery for individuals in amateur and professional sport and performing arts, and in paediatric and adult presentations. I receive referrals from physicians, physiotherapists and other health professionals to consult on complex cases when recovery is not progressing as expected.

After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney in 1994, I developed experience in the public sector and leading private physiotherapy clinics in both Sydney and central London, experiencing in-person mentoring from leaders in physiotherapy and medical fields in the UK, Australia and Canada. I founded “Core Physiotherapy & Pilates” in Sydney in 2002, serving the community and amateur and professional athletes, and growing a team known for accelerated and long lasting patient recovery through specificity in diagnosis and holistic treatment.

Now living in the UK with my family, I continue to offer long lasting solutions and empowerment to patients from my treatment and rehab rooms, and via online and mobile consultations and workshops.
